“We met Paul Saydak, owner of Service Construction of Illinois, Inc., about seven years ago when we were looking for a contractor to build a room addition on our home. He met with us and took measurements and made notes as we talked about how we wanted the addition constructed – a master bedroom suite including a bathroom and walk-in closet, and a great room or dining room. A full basement was also included, with another bath. The design was then drawn up by Paul’s architect. Paul and his employees and subcontractors were easy to work with and very professional. Once the job was started work continued until completion with no breaks for lack of material. Subcontractors were scheduled as needed so the work could be completed on time. The results were totally to our satisfaction.
Paul also did work at our daughter’s home, including window replacement, deck remodel, door replacement, and repair of the garage door header. All work was done to our complete satisfaction. We also plan to have Service Construction do a kitchen remodel, replace all flooring on the first floor, and construct a room in the open area above the family room in the near future.
We found Paul to be a complete professional, attentive to detail, very organized, and listened to all concerns. He regularly checked on the progress of the job. Billing was done for work done the previous month. His people treat your home with respect and not like a construction zone.
